Qi Gong

Qi Gong, translated as “Energy work”, is an internal style which places great emphasis on breathing techniques and the manipulation of one’s own energy. The practice is wonderfully calming, yet at the same time it brings an acute awareness into your body. This awareness that is created allows the body, all its organs, cells and blood to relax and function properly which in turn activates your mind.
