Tai Chi

Tai Chi is traditionally an ancient Chinese Martial Art Form which encompasses a series of gentle, graceful movements. The movements are practiced slowly, without impact and are non-strenuous and therefore Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Each movement that is done is related and impacts on the body and mind helping to restore and encourage its functions leading to a healthier body.
